I’ve started a fitness blog called Susan Simply Healthy & Fit.
My purpose for this new blog is that I hold myself accountable while achieving my fitness goals in hopes to inspire others along the way. My official start time on this new journey is July 13, 2015. Please feel free to follow my fitness blog as I update it weekly with my status. I also include tips I learn along the way to help with my success.
This is my “before” photo, two weeks after giving birth. I’m ready for the challenge.
I strongly believe that strength comes in numbers. I’m always running challenge groups with all different age groups & athletic abilities. My goal with these groups are to provide support to my challengers as they quickly learn that it’s a great way to support each other. It’s a private space where anyone & everyone is invited to join & check in daily for needed motivation. I have a lot of people who have participated & have become successful in reaching their fitness & health goals. There is so much potential in all of us, sometimes all we need is a little support to help get us started. The results are incredible, more energy, better sleep, regularity, raised self esteem & increased happiness. Who wouldn’t want more of that?
