In order to edit my photos to fit my blog, I use: Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 13
Bluehost is the hosting company I use that works together with WordPress. There are some really affordable ways to claim your own domain & even use a free theme from WordPress.
As for how I learned everything to build my site I used, Food Blogger Pro – hands down the best way to learn how to do this thing, step by step videos from establishing your URL/domain name to writing your own eBook.

How to drive traffic to your blog:
One of the most effective ways to drive traffic to your blog is Pinterest.
If you are building a food blog, some sites to submit to are those below which can also attract traffic to your site:
